1-1 Session & 3 month Mentorship

There is magic in new beginnings when we can learn the art of letting go. This offering is designed to support you in creating sacred space to honor the threshold moments of your life. 

We are often so wrapped up in the mundane of the day-to-day that we don’t always notice, acknowledge, or honor the passing seasons of our lives.

Bring your intention and attention to the moments that matter and infuse the sacred into the mundane.

We don’t always make the space to intentionally connect to what is now, what we are leaving behind, and what we envision for our future. And yet we rob ourselves of a richness in life when we gloss over these moments. Often we unintentionally leave parts of ourselves behind, unable to fully move forward, or feeling fractured, lost, stuck or confused. Sacred Space is what is needed.

Sacred space is a tiered offering that can range from a single ritual experience to a 3 month container depending on your needs and the nature of the change happening in your life. In our single session or 3 month mentorship, we will work together to:

• Facilitate your process through loss and grief, and intentionally design how to move forward into the future in a way that honors all of you. 

• This container can be used to honor difficult conversations, navigate conflict, and find deeper intimacy with yourself and/or the people in your life.

• Make space to honor your process and receive support so that you can move forward in a way that feels good.

In this world I envision, we rise and heal together, as women. OHM Membership stands for “Open-Heart Membership”. We come together to support one another, dissolving the feelings of isolation and the burden of our solitary journeys.

This community is for those who seek to:

• Reconnect with your true self.

• Create sacred space for prayer, ritual, and simply being.

Cultivating inner peace, despite external chaos, and fostering loving, compassionate, and supportive relationships with yourself and others are essential skills that will enrich every aspect of your life.
